Houses are considered in a broad sense, this includes one-apartment and multi-apartment houses, their parts, offices, creative workshops, other premises related to human life and / or any activity.

The members of the cluster export products with their own brand, products made according to contract orders, design or consulting services for the implementation of solutions of other, non-Lithuanian manufacturers.

Cluster members design and build products based on two value chains. Products (solutions) created in both value chains are distributed both together and separately.
