Value Chains
Cluster members design and build products based on two value chains:
P1 – Interior-design solutions for homes; P2 – energy solutions for homes.
Products (solutions) created in both value chains are distributed both together and separately.
Interior design solutions for homes
The developing of interior and exterior solutions for the house includes the creation of the project concept, production, delivery and installation of even the smallest parts.
- creation of a building concept (ecological, hanging, without the use of external energy, with transforming spaces, with multifunctional furniture, etc.)
- design of interior and exterior spaces of the building
- the design, manufacture and installation of the engineering components of the building (for the transformable spaces of the building generating glass, rails and other components, etc.)
- design, production, logistics and installation of interior and exterior furniture for the building
- design, production, logistics and installation of interior details, functional interior elements (brackets, lamps, supports, etc.)
- integration of created / under development solutions with existing ones (neighboring buildings, premises, parts of premises, etc.)
Energy solutions for the home
A solution is provided to supply electricity to the house, which can be combined with the existing interior of the house, both partially combined and installed separately.
- replacement of windows in existing buildings with glass-to-glass type solar cells by installing solar cells on the roof of the building or next to the building, integrating this solution with furniture inside and outside the building, other items in internal and external engineering networks
- the design, manufacture, logistics, installation and after-care of traditional buildings or parts thereof in combination with the interior and exterior furniture of the building, other items, the internal and external engineering networks, ensuring full or partial supply of electricity from the sun on the roof, facade (s), solar panels installed next to the building
- the design, manufacture, logistics, installation and after-care of semi-glazed buildings, in combination with furniture inside and outside the building, other items, future internal and external engineering networks, ensuring full or partial supply of electricity from the sun on the roof, facade (s), adjacent solar panels installed in the building
- full design, manufacture, logistics, installation and after-care of glass buildings, in combination with existing and external furniture in the building, other items, future internal and external engineering networks, ensuring full or partial supply of solar electricity on the roof, facade (s), adjacent solar panels installed in the building
- design, manufacture, logistics, installation and after-care of simple structures (stages, gazebos, rotundas, terraces, etc.), in combination with the furniture inside and outside the building, other items, future internal and external engineering networks, ensuring full or partial supply of electricity from solar on the roof, facade (s), solar panels installed next to the building
